smelly fridge

Help! my immaculately clean 3 yo fridge smells like a dustbin. I have cleaned and disinfected it 4 times and aired it out. ANY suggestions welcome!

Thanks all for your sympathy on the hammer drilling and dust that will befall me as of tomorrow. I really do feel trapped and bereaved and I don't feel safe either as the scaffolding is very easily climbed for anyone from the outside and I've heard that kind of story before. But the dust and the drilling are my main concern - until I hear somebody scratching at the window=:0 That DID happen the last time they had the scaffolding up. I nearly died. Turned out it was one of my neighbours, out for a fag and in quest of a cuppa...

Yes Shaney the mail will still be delivered - three weeks after you send it ha ha. (Well that's what happened with the tatting set, remember.) My feet are getting colder by the minute - I went out in my Birkenstocks yesterday without any socks and I never got warm since so they would be welcome. On the other hand, they'd also be nice for Christmas, so I think you should post them whenever suits you best:))

Good day folks, I celebrated jude's birthday too well and not too wisely!

Overcast here and rain expected which is a nuisance as I want to wash all the bedding and bathroom towels etc. Will have to use the dryer!

Good morning all my biddyfriends. Thank you so much for all your lovely greetings on my 70th. I can't believe I'm actually on the next decade....I certainly don't feel that old. I had a lovely day with friends and relatives calling all day. My low sugar diet went to pot!

Dh is safely back in jug after a totally successful and relaxing weekend....we spent quite a bit of it asleep (dogs too) and everything went very well. Hopefully home for good till his op this pm after seeing various doctors. My cold has settled into the cough and temp stage..nothing too nasty and the knee is responding to rest and an elastic bandage.
Hope all of you are doing okay..now i am off fussing duties for a while I have taken some paracetamol so expect to be nodding off again shortly.

Well starting the week lying naked, flat on my face, on the bedroom floor was interesting...No! stoppit, no need to tut (or send for the paramedics) I dropped my shaver, the head flew off and it went, naturally, under the bed. Anyhoo, it still works & I'm sure my legs will look fab once they stop bleeding.

I've got to keep up appearances 'cos... well... see who I met..
