Leather shoes

i recently bought a lovely pair of leather pump style shoes.They are my size and fit nicely ..but the leather is so hard ! I have been rubbing Renapur into them with no effect . I have worn them once and got a blister for my trouble .What else can I do to soften them up ?

We even had rain this morning, and now it's sort of overcast and I have no energy whatever, so am doing nothing at all.

Thanks Dolly. Had a quiet day today. Spoken to my sister and she is busy with lots to do which helps with the grieving process.
Hope eveybody is ok. It's been a good day until about teatime when the heavens opened yet again. I'm p**d off with this weather. So depressing! Only the tennis keeping we going and that's more miss than hit!
Apparently I have to go and give Maggie another lesson but I think she's getting the hang of it better than I did at first. Lol!

I'll just sing along ...I can't make head or tail of it .
I have tried several times to post today and it is running so slow a snail could post faster so I gave up and had a large gin.
It just took me four attempts to post something .
Needless to say it is raining ....nothing new there then .
Now ..how many times will it take for this to post before I throw my sdn sandwich at the screen.

Ooooh lovely Jno ..I hope the weather stays nice ..well as nice as can be expected considering we are under monsoon conditions. I used to love going to Hampton Court .
The only flowers you can see here are all hanging their heads and looking sorry for themselves in the ten force gale which is blasting round the place . Which will be followed shortly no doubt by more rain.
Yes ....it's another dreary dull day here.

well for the price of a cstrd jno you could come & have a look at
my flowers I'm having an open day...between 2pm & five past, about the length of time that everything's lasting at the moment.
That rose is as old as me <ahem> & was nowt but a couple of twigs when we dug it up by torchlight one dark Nov night in 2001 to bring it here. (After my mum passed away, we wen't pinching it!)

What a lovely rose ...
It is dire here ,dark and gloomy and it's now started to rain .
The wind is really howling round the place.My garden is a squelchy mess and all the lovely lavender is going brown.
My strawberries are rotting but to cheer us up here is the lovely passion flower and a daisy
