DrF, what was that all about??? do I prosecute tv licence cases? no. have I pretended to be an expert on the subject? no.

don't talk to me in that manner. who the hell do you think you are?
rehelen re read my posts i HAD a valid licence and got crap from them

PLEASE remember that , people all over the country with a licence still get crap from them

the web is full of posts about people who have had dealings with these low lifes

taken from the web """" "An example of these enforcement methods was experienced by an elderly neighbour of mine when she was confronted at her back window by an enforcer who wasn't aware that she didn't own a TV set. It's the kind of thing you expect in a police state." . . . "The BBC defend themselves, claiming that they're a genuine public service broadcaster, but it's impossible to justify using totalitarian tactics to force people to pay for junk like this """"
sara you have stated on here how you have see them in court getting a fine
Would he not need a video player and a television to watch what he's recorded?

Cancelled my license last year, they gave me a £70 refund and promised to leave me alone for 2 years, after which time they'd write a letter asking if my circumstances had changed.
So far they've honoured their word.

please check with the bbc if you need a licence to use a tv to watch a dvd or video or use a tv as a monitor

i have it in black and white from them (bbc) not from a joe bloggs in a pub after 5 pints
and? do I sit judge and jury? no. I just happen to be in court when some of these cases come up. I also have heard fare dodgers, assault cases, burglaries, robberies, racial abuse etc etc etc...

the day I get to preside over court cases, I'll be sure to have all the relevant facts to hand.
the camera stops me being aggressive to them , when i film them i have my proof and the low lifes know it, hence why i no longer get any bother at my front door just one nasty letter every month

know i have told them that i no longer watch tv but people like you want me to let them search my house when they want, no thanks
You don't know this blokes circumstances, so why are so many of you calling him a twonk?
