insurance if i fall ill and cannot work
anyone know a good insurance company ....i am worried in case i fall illl or lose my job...i want something that will pay me equivilent to my wage for 2 years.....and maybe also pay my mortgage or rent....

Most insurance covering what you�re after are limited to 12 months pay out � and don�t pay out until you have been out of/unable to work for 3 months.
Effectively you are only buying 9 months of cover. Many have so many exclusion clauses that you won�t qualify for any payment (did you disclose to the insurance company that you once went to see your doctor as a child, with a heavy cold?).
When you take into account the premium paid, you�d be better off scraping together savings of 9 months worth of essential living costs.
