old style student loan query
hi, hope i posted this in correct catergory this time.
Took and old style student loan out (for all 3 yrs 1994/5/6). Self-employed for while now and have deferred paying back loan in past, sending in accounts. This year made a small loss and worried about sending these accounts in. Will hey ask for husband's paylips, as original agreement says only goes on my salary and he can't afford to repay it for me. Do intend to pay it back as soon as I am able, but wont they ask who's keeping me? what level of support is he allowed to give me before they ask for it back?
I really do intend to pay it back, but can't just yet. Leaving self-employemnt as soonas I can anbd desparately hard-up.
By the way, is anyone else still waiting for their correspondence/deferrment form from student loans? I haven't had mine yet (17th March) and I know it's usually dated 14th March.
thanks
