I've just posted on your other thread which, annoyingly, has been removed. So let's try again:
You've already been provided with the sentencing guidelines which the judge is obliged to refer to. (They're on pages 7 to 10 here if you need another link:
https://www.sentencingcouncil.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/Assault_definitive_guideline_-_Crown_Court.pdf ).
If the judge sees the offence as 'Category 3' then a custodial sentence can probably be avoided. However it's possibly more likely that it will be seen as 'Category 2', forcing the judge to pass a custodial sentence.
However sentences not exceeding two years can be suspended, which probably offers you the best chance of avoiding being sent down.
At a guess (and it can be no more than that), based upon around half a century of reading court reports (and having done a small amount of court reporting myself), I think it likely that you'll be sentenced to 18 months imprisonment but with that sentence suspended for two years. (That assumes that you've not already got any convictions for violence; the chances of the sentence being suspended will probably drop considerably if you have).
However it would still be unwise for you to assume that you can avoid prison, so pack a bag for your court appearance anyway.
