I have been charged with gbh section 20 me partner and I got into an argument and in anger I threw a plate which ended up slashing her face open resulting in 26 stitches across her face and nose it was a really horrific accident an I feel terrible will I go to prison

I think that is a question for your team
You might for example be thinkng of pleading guilty and so on which has an effect
You should think seriously of anger management course
as if you keep this up it is obvious tha you will go in and out of prison.

Anger management seems like a good idea; the court might think the better of you if you tried it before the case comes up. (But that's not a promise.)

26 stitches though. She could be scarred for life. A judge is likely to take that into consideration.

jno I have no anger management issues that I know of. I've certainly never hit a female for any reason, or a male if that makes any difference
