The hour at 9pm was actually 2 separate 30 (25) minute epsiodes. I bet some switched over at 9;28 thinking that was it for the night.
I'm pretty sure who the caller was. If it's who I think it is (there was set-up scene earlier) then it's a very unlikely pairing to me
