Prudie....My best guess, for the immediate future is that Henry will be claimed by Ursula and Husband, as he is Rob's nearest relative, legally, to Helen.
Watch out a custody battle between the Archers and the Titcheners !
Hope so. So difficult for Helen to explain. But Jess will be important and so, hopefully, will all the other doubters/witnesses to Rob's violent streak be. I do wish poisonous Susan would shut up.
Didn't Peggy gift it to Helen (I may be way off here).
As for Helen even if all of us listeners told what had been going on that wouldn't get Helen off would it? After all she did stab him. Can't see how this will be resolved.
Thanks Prudie. I'm not sure whether she did or not.
Helen needs to stop saying No Comment. Wonder what Henry said to the police. I can see Rob, Ursula and Henry ending up together in BH cottage, in the short term anyway. Unless Rob dies, obviously. In soaps the police always get it wrong, to start with anyway. I think we've got month and months before this storyline comes to an end.
Things will be OK in the end. It may take a while - worst case a conviction followed by successful appeal - but I don't see the scriptwriters or the listeners accepting that a victim of coercive behaviour, and one of the title characters at that, ends up serving a long sentence for something she didn't do.
I thought he had step-parental rights, short of full adoption because he didn't want to go through investigations. Is it me or does Rob's father seem a bit like him in the way he speaks to Ursula?
