Would You Call This Good Aftersale Service?

My old Beema is 04, just had a letter from BMW H.Q. that my car needs to go in to replace some parts in the Front (6) Air Bags, how's that for service?

No Mam, I did not think they would recall after that age 2004, I can assure you every detail regards this car I have, I use this information for the next owner as I did with my last car, some people like It, some don't, as I happens I do but this car did not have any. Oh Well xx

I have a really poor filing case on my iPad which causes all manner of weird typos.

I agr though bathing a cat by whatever method is not for the faint hearted!

Not that it matters in the big scheme of things but, to help TWR and his meticulous record checking, VOSA has been replaced by DVSA.

Gness I will think you find it was Takata (the airbag manufacturer) at fault. The were a number of manufactures affected by this.
