Is this a rip off?
I have just had a quote for 220 from Chevrolet garage to replace some sort of emissions part on my Daewoo Matiz (five years old). My orange check light came on so I took the car in.
Not having a clue about cars and no one to ask etc. I am having to rely on the garage's advice. Is this expensive?
HELP!!

It's likely that the part will be a main dealer part only as well, so the only thing you may potentially make a saving on intially is labour, but if the car then has to go onto Daewoo/Chevrolet's computer to re-programme the car, then you're not really saving anything
