You see, as I've mentioned before, on the A23 ...
If you're in the middle lane, which moves at a steady 90mph, or so ...
... the traffic in the outside lane is flashing past you in a blur.
Okay, these are London commuters and they probably do the same thing every day.
But part of living here is living with 1,000s of cars, every day, heading to London at considerably over 100mph.
I should add that, although I have to go to London for work, I hate London, and I have a low regard for commuters, so I'm not condoning them.
And, of course, when they get to the M25, they do the rest of their journey at about 5mph.
So, in deciding how much venom to direct at a speeder (not a mugger, or a rapist, or a drink driver ... just a speeder) do we have to take into account the location and the prevailing conditions?
