sorry but have come across many like him, one pinstripe wearing banana, who was rude and unhelpful, even his staff were suitably embarrassed by him.

I agree, but if you are in full time practice, your salary is guaranteed for life. your job is guaranteed for life and you have non need to be polite...there is no stimulus.

Now, if you are in private practice, your practice is built up on the back of your NHS practice..... give a good NHS service and your private practice blossoms.

When I was a child I was always having throat problems and remember a lovely consultant who was kindness personified, his name was Mr Angel-James, probably long dead by now as I am in my 60s, he was so nice. No need at all to be so pompous.
I suppose that's his hopes of a K gone for a burton

sorry sqad there are a few like him.

last one that i saw at tameside hospital has put lies in a letter sent to my doctor. he states that i got a normal reading on his machine.
only problem with that is he never put me on the machine because i still smoke.

I just saw in the latest posts box - What a Pompous Tit - Sqad and I thought surely not!!!!
Last time I had an operation, several years ago, the surgeon came in to see me before the operation and again afterwards to explain what he had done etc. I could not fault him and that was the NHS. I am glad I have only known nice people.I know you would be the same sqad, can't imagine you any different. Kind, thoughtful and considerate. But down to earth at the same time.
If you are ill, and i was, i didn't need the d***head asking me what i was still doing there, two days after a major op. And they are the worse people for not sticking to guidelines on cleanliness, i have yet to see one wash his hands after seeing each patient.
He was worried about germs on the ward. Who ever invited the Dynamic Duo is in for a b0llocking.
