"We" don't, it's just the game.

"We" do He's still here. Theresa May is moaning about it but why don't they just shove him on a plane and drop him off in Jordan, then argue the toss with the ECHR and assorted handwringers later.
The hall mark of justice and civilised law is that it is not arbitary.

Laws are set, judges rule on cases by those laws and the state abides by them

We don't decide how to treat people on the basis of a popularity contest

If you want to live in a country where someone exercises arbitary justice I suggest Syria
Human rights gone mad. People will look back on this period of history and ask 'what were they doing!?' that is, unless the likes og this scum don't blow us all to bits.
Yet another tenuous example for our involvement in the EU. Bound by ridiculous legislation drawn up my unelected hitherto unheard of career bureaucrats in Strasbourg. Give me the means and the opportunity and I'll resolve the problem in a blink of the eye.
That's what's needed here, no apologetic PC handwringing.
Because the game has to run it's course d9f1c7.
How about this? What about our human rights to live peaceably in our own country without fear of being bombed, maimed or whatever by people who do not agree with our way of life but who come here and are given sanctuary (in some cases) and who live at tax payers expense, all the while spouting forth hateful messages about those who have sheltered and funded them?
You mean

Yet another person who thinks the European convention of Human rights is to do with the EU because it has the word European in it?

This is far from arbitrary JTP. Our own legislature has ruled he can be deported. Even the House of lords has ruled thus. We have this rediculous HR "law" that gives us anything but Human Rights. It gives rights to those like the aformentioned lowlife to abuse the rights of the masses. We once had common sense about this sort of thing. Ignore the shower I say.
Jake, stop derailing the thread. Or are you an al Qaeda sympathiser?
Like I said, no apologetic PC - and in your case pedantic - handwringing.
Yes ... He needs to 'disappear'
Give the SAS something to do .. fly him over Jordan and chuck him out with a chute at 20,000.
The government should read some Clive Cussler books. They'd tell them how to get him out of the country.
//Why do we care what happens to this lowlife?//

I don't - as long as we get rid of him. He is an enemy of this country - it's as simple as that!
Sounds like several on here should get a grip on reality. Thankfully we do not live in a country where people who we don't like can be disappeared. Because one day someone might decide you or I should be disappeared.
To safeguard against slipping into such a perilous state, we have developed laws to govern fairly and justly. There will always be cases in law that fall outside all our planning to foresee every eventuality, and this appears to be such a case.
The right wing press have buit this man into a demon. He is obviously unpleasant and his preaching is distasteful, but all he is guilty of (though he has never had a trial or conviction) is saying things about us we do not like.

'He is obviously unpleasant and his preaching is distasteful'
That's a bit like saying North Korea is a bit left wing.
