The FA are still considering whether to bring charges against John Terry, on the news just now....
Does anybody know (or is it even available) what level of proof the FA expect?

Is it "reasonable doubt" or "balance of probabilities" or something else
And what will the FA do? FA
no idea, but just quoting the news reporter.
L O L em

i think sir p meant <Sweet F A>

:-)
Z, i know he was, just adding me two pence worth.
@em10

"If you lambasted your work colleague with the same racially laden expletives, it's likely you would be in the dock"

but the court said he didnt

and the reason it went to court....well that s pretty obvious isnt it, but unfortunately for the "member of the public" that complained its all gone pete tong.

Even AF didnt think it was going to go to court he just thought the FA would deal with it, and even though JT has been found not guilty that bunch of incompetent muppets at the FA are going to carry on with their "inquiry".

Its just another example of a PC witch hunt thats become all to familiar these days
// Ferdinand expected this to have been dealt with by the FA... lets be honest nobody like a grass do they. //

Ferdinand did not grass, it was reported to the police by a member of the public. Fedinand appeared as a prosecution witness.
<but the court said he didnt>

the court said he did

but that the use of them as 'racial abuse' hadn't been proved
Much ado about nothing in the end - how much has this cost the taxpayer? Best left with the FA and have them sort it out with an appropriate ban.....a season if necessary
I still think he's guilty but that's just my opinion, not surprised at AOG piddling his pants over the verdict with his "If i
"Best left with the FA and have them sort it out with an appropriate ban.....a season if necessary"

how can they ban him for something a court has said he hasnt done ?
Oops hit submit button....

AOG with his "If it's white, its alright" attitude
"I still think he's guilty"

based on what ?, do you have some evidence that the court wasnt privy to, there were various experts and legal minds in that courtroom and they couldnt prove anything.

Just out of interest why should some people not be able to be pleased about the not guilty verdict, theres plenty on here that we wouldnt be hearing the end from if it was guilty, you probably being one of them.
"AOG with his "If it's white, its alright" attitude 2

the same could be said of the "alright as long as its not white" brigade
still an alleged adulterer though ...
As Anton Ferdinand so vociferously pointed out cath, that was the start of the fracas.
"still an alleged adulterer though ... "

I think its more than alleged, isnt it ?
You can't make a law for people's thoughts. He was just expressing his thoughts a bit too visually.
The FA case will be judged on a lower level, a balance of probabilities, the same as would be in a civil case.
