Do You Agree
that the Chris Huhne and Vicky Pryce story has become idiotic ? Prison after their lives are already ruined. For such a minor offence.

That's a thought, MT ...
It's could open the floodgates for thousands of embittered women to dob in their exes.
And the Police and CPS, having set this precedent, will HAVE to spend our tax money following up each and every one of them, yes?
They can't turn a blind eye to an offence which we now know is so serios, and imprisonable.
This wasn't just a show piece, was it? It was a serious piece of investigation.
I predict lots and lots and lots of Police time and resources now being absorbed. It's a good job the Police have so many spare resources.

Nope.
Wife left in the poo, no money, successful husband swans off into the sunset with leggy blonde secretary ...
Wife has nothing to lose. Husband has glamorous career to lose.
Oh, yeah ... I think the expression might be "floodgates"
The other expression might be "the Police need to get a fu****g grip and start chasing some real criminals"
