Could It Be...that Somehow...we've Got A Pope That 'gets It'???
Do you welcome Pope Frank's comments, or..or...seriously - what the hell is going on?
Conservatives introducing same sex marriage and now the Pope reigning back on all the hellfire rhetoric!
Who the hell is left for us leftie liberals to hate (apart from the Westboro Baptist Church).

I think you meant to ask 'Has it every occurred to you...'
Conservatives are not lefty liberals.
The Pope is the head of the Catholic Church, and the stance that the Church takes on homosexuality is very conservative.
And this makes no sense:
"it is not compulsory to toe the gay lobby line you know, regardless of one's politics."
Who said it was?
Who is this 'gay lobby'?
Do you mean 'people who are easy-going and inclusive'?

which often change, the hot headed leftie of one's youth can turn into the rather prim, right wing conservative as one gets older, same in any aspect of one's life, there are many changes, what i thought as a teen isn't necessarily how i think now, it's called growing up and getting some life experiences.
