What to kill again?

I am entitled to my opinion, just as you are. I note you have not answered AOG's question nor have you addressed the fact that lee did not have a trial.
How on earth can you say that executing someone for a horrendous murder is the same as a fair trial and execution to prevent it ever happening again?
Perhaps if you and your ilk stopped trying to get them out of a life sentence then I (and others) may accept life sentences rather than execution. But you dont do you so we end up with killers getting a few years and in many cases back out to repeat it.

Killing this madman is exactly what he wants, in his eyes that makes him a Martyr to Islam, so he thinks he will be instantly transported to paradise on death. Once there he will have endless wonderful food and live for eternity a life without pain or suffering and provided with willing virgins both male and female for his endless pleasure.
Staying alive is a bit different he will be hated for the rest of his life always aware that all the other prisoners ( and a few guards) are looking for every chance to hurt or injure him.

Well let's prove to him that it is not true, imagine his eternal horror then?

possibly
but as i have made a rational point and you have just responded with irrational non sequiturs i wonder what makes you? LOL
/I note you have not answered AOG's question/
No one has suggested that killing in self defence is an issue
If adebowale is ever about to kill someone while he is incarcerated I have no issue with someone defending themselves even if it results in his death
/nor have you addressed the fact that lee did not have a trial. /
Yes I have. I acknowledged from the start that what was done to Lee Rigby was wrong. I'm not sure why having a formal process makes it all right to retaliate by killing the killer
/Perhaps if you and your ilk stopped trying to get them out of a life sentence/
When have I (or anyone else on AB) ever done that?
You are making things up ymb LOL
/we end up with killers getting a few years and in many cases back out to repeat it./
Do you have the stats on that? How often do you think that ever happens?
Outside of hysterical imaginings that is.

AOG yes I was wrong though it was a whole life taffif. But the 45 years is only the minimum time before he can even start to apply for parole..
In reality it will be several more years before his case will even be accepted for consideration by the parole board and then it will be more months or a year or so to make a decision. There is no chance his first attempt for release will be accepted so then there is a further waiting time before the whole process starts again. Even if he does not die in jail he will only be released as an old man with just months to live.
If he gets transferred to Broadmoor there is much less chance of release as the parole process does not apply there.

"We all know he's crackers so why release him?"
First, he's not 'crackers'. He's evil.
Secondly, just because he is given leave to appeal, does not mean that he will automatically be released.
Thirdly, 'right on brigade' is becoming a tired cliche, up there with 'knuckle-draggers' and 'swivel-eyed loons' - perhaps we should have a three month moratorium on these phrases?

retrocop....I have never supported the death penalty but I might be persuaded to if it could be shown that the deterrent would work. But in the few places in the world where judicial murder is allowed, it can't be demonstrated that there is any deterrent whatsoever.
In the case of the murder of Private Lee, the two people responsible would not have been deterred at all, as they thought they were going to a martyrs death for what they did. Not hanging them has proved to be a far more severe penalty.
As someone has said already today, an eye for an eye makes everybody blind.

/// And the jury/diplock court system would always get the right verdict of course... Guildford Four,Birmingham Six,Maguire Seven etc etc ///
I wondered how long it would be before this rather tied out analogy was brought out.
When a crime is committed in a public place and everyone around knows who committed it and the culprit is arrested by the police at the scene, there does not even seem to be a reason for a trial.
