What Katie doesn't grasp is that her husband's love for her is not rooted in her hip measurement - it's who she is.

I know that's difficult to accept, given just who she is, but it may have done her good to allow her husband to love her as much when she was fat as he did thin - it might have helped to address her seriously shallow hate-bait views about obesity.

I don't have a TV but saw her once on a clip. She was articulate, presented her point in a clear and concise fashion. She would perhaps make a good TV presenter ~~ but she can't seem to control the drivel that falls out her mouth.

Some of her arguments in magazines and papers have been sensible and logical to a point - they her desire to create havoc/become famous makes her say the most ridiculous things.

Of course she is good at what she does, never would I doubt that - I find TV programmes where presenters pile on the pounds etc to show how it's done rather patronising.

The word that stands out for me in Andy's post is shallow.

I suppose we all have a different definition of....sexy....

I've been thinking of the men and women I find sexy.....and size doesn't actually come into it.....Stephen Fry...the gay chap in the Tin Man costume... and a friend who lives in a wheelchair and is overweight....but they have that something that makes them sexy to me....x

Jim, in your first post you implied that Katie Hopkins is stupid so I don't understand why you posted the picture of that woman - unless you really think she's sexy. Do you?

I can't say I find that particular woman sexy, no, but then Katie Hopkins at the peak of her "fatness" weighed a total of just over 11st. Which doesn't seem to be comparable to the woman I posted, who is close to, if not actually, clinically obese. In the two pictures of Katie Hopkins included in that picture, I find them equally sexy (ie, not at all).
