At 11.5 St and 5'7", she is not "fat" or even clinically obese. She is overweight and just out of the "healthy" bmi range. Her "experiment" is ill thought and not based on any real situation. Stuffing your face for three months is not the same as gradual gains that may take place over a ten-15 year period, or after each child. The way many gain as they get older. To then have the luxury of a personal trainer just emphasises how divorced from reality she is. How many women battle with ever increasing weight...trying all sorts of diets, losing and regaining the same 10,15,20 pounds over as many years? It takes some determination to do that, only to have your body beaten by hormones,emotions...you name it.
I'm sure Katie, and others like her, will continue to get pleasure by believing in her superiority, and strength of character...qualities us normal folk are obviously devoid of...in her narrow minded view,at least.
