On that occasion - yes, but on this occasion - no, and the point is, I have no way of knowing what the placement of my post is going to be until I hit the submit button.

A perfect example is AOG's 'Gollywog' thread - I started my response when there were no posts up - by the time I had finished, there were three ahead of me - that is why I C & P.
