No, there IS massive opposition. There may be a marginal majority but thousands are against it.
So if it were up to you, where exactly would *you* aim these strikes?
H. Benn stated "when the war is over" we will 'fix' Syria up and a 'transitional government' BEFORE elections; clearly Assad must go before any 'fixing' may occur : the 'fictional boundaries' Benn referred to must surely include the ones the fighters, arms and financial support for ISIS permeated?
"it's not up to me and I don't have the information necessary to make that decision"
"...but they probably know what they're doing"
(That kind of thing?)
bobthebandit, //How do we know who to bomb? So called 'ISIS' live within and amongst the civilian populations //
I don't claim to be an expert on weapons, but as I understand it targets can be pretty accurately assessed these days. The alternative is the spread of ISIS. Is that a better idea?
Oh God the 'knuckle draggers' comments are back - what EXACTLY is a knuckle dragger ??! Don't innocents always perish in war, and what are we supposed to do, let these monsters carry on killing our innocents whenever they fancy and torturing their own ??
