Blimey! If only we were all as perfect as you lot!
So he was right to attack Carr despite doing the same thing?

How does that work?

He is a massive hypocrite ... no?
I've no intention of being PM.
He is a liar and a hypocrite.

Even when it is now shown he had no need to spin he still did, that must also make him a fool.

The man must go.
-Talbot-, No. Had he still been taking advantage of the system, he'd have been a hypocrite - but he wasn't. He'd already sold his shares.

I'm very pleased you have no intention of being PM.
He sold his shares just before he became PM, because he knew it could be embarrassing.
He shouldn't have talked about Jimmy Carr behaving immorally while knowing he'd done the same thing.
This 16th century proverb seems to sum up Cameron's supporters quite accurately:
"There are none so blind as those who will not see."
Cloverjo, but he wasn't doing the same thing when he criticised Jimmy Carr. Had he been, he could have been accused of hypocrisy. Perhaps he sold his shares because he had a change of heart. Who knows?

Quizmonster, we do see. It’s those who demand perfection from politicians they don’t like who do not see. David Cameron has his faults – he’s human – and no one can please all of the people all of the time – even though it seems he’s expected to. This is nothing more than a witch hunt.
this is hilarious....

the left are clutching at straws, they are about as desperate as can be......
imagine a member of their glorious ex party being hypocritical...well it wouldnt happen would it...

lets take the "leader" jezza bin laden the terrorists friend...meh cant be rsed, would take all day, oh and a quick mention of the oinker abbott and her sons edjooocation....meh, could end up with a long list...those two were just for starters

You don't have to be 'from the left', baz, to know that Cameron is slippery. (and pathetically weak)
"It’s those who demand perfection from politicians they don’t like who do not see."
"Take the 'leader' jezza bin laden the terrorists friend."
A wonderful pair of comments right next to each other from a pair of right-wingers.
Well said, by the way, Svejk, another right-winger but one who actually does see!
It appears that he has confessed to making a dogs breakfast of this affair, and he has now apologised, so I guess that we should now leave this subject, and concentrate on more important matters.

The British public can make of his mishandling of this issue what they will.
@svejk

"You don't have to be 'from the left', baz, to know that Cameron is slippery. "

hes a politician, what else do people expect ?...its like everybody is surprised all of a sudden
"so I guess that we should now leave this subject,"

ok, but dont be surprised when you get the same advice on nearly all your posts when you keep bangin' on and on and on and...
"ok, but dont be surprised when you get the same advice on nearly all your posts when you keep bangin' on and on and on and.." says Mr Pot.
Zzzz...youre struggling for anything to say...no surprise there.
Guys....its just that this business is diverting attention from much more important issues....for instance, Osborne has yet to tell where he is going to get he money from for his tax reductions for already wealthy people, now that he has had to do a u-turn on his Budget proposals. There are lots of others, so lest concentrate on holding this Government's feet to the fire.
Quizmonster, //A wonderful pair of comments right next to each other from a pair of right-wingers.//

Speaking of seeing, you clearly missed my post a day or two back when I defended the Labour Party. I try to be fair – which from what I ‘see’ is more than can be said for most here.
I am amazed at the vitriol coming out of the mouths of some people on here.........not lefties, as you might expect, but the people that were crowing so loudly when the Tories won last May !

With friends like these, Dave certainly doesn't need any enemies !
