If there is anybody still left, who still thinks that Britain First is a harmless "patriotic" organisation, perhaps they had better read the above link.

I don't affix labels to people as a rule Ron, but anyone who thinks 'Hey boys, let's go on a Mosque Invasion' is a jolly wheeze is a waste of space in my book.

The worst bit is that I doubt he will learn from this.
About time he grew up and did something useful.
Question Author
2sp....yes, you are probably right....once a racist, always a racist I suppose.

He is an ex-Member of the National Front, the BNP, and now BF, so I can't see this particular leopard changing his spots anytime soon !

I wonder if they have turkey and all the trimmings inside prison ?
Question Author
Mamy...to paraphrase West Side Story is "that the trouble is he's grown" !
I wonder if he'll be segregated for "his own safety". I can imagine someone like him will attract all sorts of attention inside.
Question Author
I bet the won't let him carve the turkey !
And I bet he will refuse the brussel sprouts.
he should get a good stuffing
Question Author
2sp....well, him and I share that at least !
Is he a racist though ? There has always been unrest between religious groups. http://www.history.com/topics/crusades. I cannot see there will ever be peace as such where religion is concerned.

Question Author
Ron...his previous memberships quite clearly show that he is a racist....not much doubt about that. But whatever label he has, he is now out of circulation for at least 4 weeks.
Good, seems a nasty piece of work.

However I first read your title Mikey as "Britain's first ex Leader jailed and hoped it would be Tony Blair!!!
I still think of my 90 year old aunt in Dublin, a WWII veteran, "liking" their Facebook page (and she has more marbles than most).
Question Author
Ichkeria....Your Auntie was taken in, as was loads of others. Even some on here.
Yes sorry mikey that was my point, which I didn't make clear.
Some are taken in, some are not taken in, and still admire them.
Not sure which is worse
Question Author
Ichkeria.........they fooled a lot of people, by attaching themselves to decent organisations,, like the British Legion and even the Royal Family.

But that veil of respectability was only wafer-thin, and it didn't take much digging to get to the real dirt. Of course, there were and still are, plenty of people that refused to accept the truth, and I suspect that most of those people were really rather pleased with supporting an obviously racist and fascist organisation.

Shame on them.
//Golding, 34, stayed outside and there was no violence but there was a verbal confrontation between his four colleagues and a mosque trustee.//

There is no doubt that Golding has broken the law and deserves his judgement, but do recognise that being anti Muslim is not a precursor for being racist. Islam is not a country and Muslim is not a race.
I'm tempted to ask: so what?
Hate is hate
