Yes, Naomi. I think that any connection with terrorism should be sufficient to reverse the usual 'innocent until proven guilty' principle.
The norm can appertain to other misdemeanours. We have to accept that we are in this for the long haul, I think, and this would be a basic premise which can be worked on as circumstances dictate.
