Being partially deaf I find it almost impossible to have a conversation unless I can see their lips. I have to be face to face. I would absolutely refuse to talk with someone with only their eyes showing.

Perhaps a very good reason why they should, after all one wouldn't be allowed to board an aeroplane with one, without it first being scanned.
