Here we go again....Boris is very good at telling us what he does not want but totally silent on any constructive proposals. Who listens? Let's all forget the fantasy that is Brexit.

//Here we go again//

What are you talking about? Where are we going?
where are we going ? Nowhere :-)
Not with him around we wouldn't be.
Like him or not, what h e is saying about the chequers plan is true, it is a sell-out to the EU.
Boris is a charlatan. His brother Jo is the sane one of the family. (I say this regardless of his opinion on Brexit.)
Brexit isn't fantasy, its a reality and one that's coming sooner than you think.
Why do the Johnson Family think they are so powerful and important ?.
they don't, why do you think that ?
Boris would, most likely were he willing to take on the role, tell the EU we're fed up with their mucking about, and settle down for a hard Brexit on the due date. What other constructive proposals do you need ? Or are you under the delusion that there's a proposal that doesn't keep us under the EU thumb that the EU would accept ?
With OG ^^^
Let's see whether our own Govt accept the latest 'deal' at tomorrow's meeting before we think about the EU accepting it.

OG in company with some of the other fantasists you can't seem to grasp the concept of partnership. The UK is not "under the thumb of the EU" Maybe you have the Trump approach....bilateral agreements where one party always has the upper hand.
When 90% or so of your x on an issue is overridden you will eventually realise you are under the thumb.

Simply being in a club doesn’t mean you have a meaningful say. Or even any say really. If overall you can do better outside the club why would any sane and reasonable person carry on paying dues into it and not get out? Oh I know. People who haven’t the slightest notion of figuring out things on their own perhaps and want to be spoon fed.

Hey Cassa, When you are out in the hard competitive cold world you might pine for old friends.
Have a blithe Yule tide and a Guid New Year.
Hello Rich, you don't post much these days, glad to see you are still keeping up with the news, lol
Do you honestly think that leaving the EU club means ignoring you friends and allies? Are you so out of touch that you can’t see leaving is not abandonment but simply a change in friendship.

It is you who has a really blinkered view of Brexit.

Hi emmie, there are only a few things to post about recently to have some fun. Do you have any idea how hard it is to get emmie typed in here? If our paths do not cross beforehand have a blithe yule and a guid new year.
Being dictated to is clearly not a partnership. It seems that it is you that can not see one can be in partnership with other nations, but not with an over all others EU that merely dictates. So who really is fantasising or perhaps is better described as being in denial ?
"Where one party always has the upper hand."
Can't think of a better description of what the EU demands.
I'm not sure 'independence' really means all that much if we're just going to be pushed around by bigger powers anyway.
