Sharing a dressing room with the opposite sex?
Again is this a case of ‘ pandering to the minority’ ?

With lockable cubicles, I wouldn't be bothered. With communal rooms, I would. You are totally wrong, spath... it is not "transphobic". I would be perfectly happy to share space with a woman dressed as a man... so it isn't about "trans" people. I would not be comfortable sharing with a man, though. That may be sexist, but life is, and sonis reality.

The right for them to use whatever toilet they feel necessary .

Absolutely ludicrous.
I haven't felt a tit for a long time... so M&S is the place to go...
better lock the door ladies ;-)
I don't understand, sparkly... anyway, spath can continue fighting for male rights.... but surely you can't expect to take away other people's, without any comment?
Keep denying transgender identity then. Unsure I can be behind the times when you're older than me? I've grew up with a different social perception on people of colour, gay people and now transgender people. That different social perception was one of acceptance and equality, more importantly unity.

Just because you say things, does not mean they are true. If you feel that's the case, then you're falling ill to dogmatism.
Pixie you're close to hate crime now. Those who can't see it don't want to, but to say i'm fighting for mens rights when we're talking about trans issues is sickening.

"Look, i've been over this many times already.

The right for them to use whatever toilet they feel necessary without your judgement or you feeling vulnerable.

Pixie this is futile i'd much appreciate it if we left it here."

so why are you still going on and on and on about it then..boy youve got some cheek thats for sure...
This is vile, i'm done here. Nothing more to do with it.

My answers stand so people know i'm not being as vile as yourself.
Spath said people can use any toilet they want. I have no desire to use the ladies.

But true... just because you are younger, it doesn't make you right, more intelligent, or more experienced. It just looks as though you are following extremist views, with no actual thought.
You have absolutely no idea how I think or feel about trans people (you have made that obvious). But I also believe that females deserve to feel comfortable and safe, particularly where they may otherwise feel vulnerable.
I care about both, while, you seem to be hateful of women.
Spath, you change your mind on this every few posts, so there is no point in saying that to another ABer.

Spath I don’t know any transgender people but why not answer BM who evidently does, you’re like a one man crusade for ‘their’ rights, what about the rights of people who prefer not to have ‘one changing room for all?
Bobbisox1 I do feel that I sufficiently responded to BM at 14:14 Mon 04th Nov 2019
Anyway...as an older person...NO, I do not want to share a changing space with males, men, transgender...or even women. So no communal rooms for me. And, I'd prefer to use an area of cubicles dedicated to members of the same sex as myself. I honestly think most people...male or female or in between...prefer that. Call me old fashioned, I care not. But telling me to stay home if I don't like it is just rude.
If this keeps up the editorial jolly to Lanzarote will be paid for in full.
Rudeness is spath's speciality. Understanding how women can feel unsafe, even irrationally, is not an issue... "tough". Apparently xx
Sorry Ed/mods...I wrote my comment before the quote I'd used was deleted.
A woman transitioning into a male needs a wee badly. Goes into the male toilets but they only have urinals and one occupied toilet. What do they do? They'd go into the ladies!

Spath will be calling for the removal of urinals next!!
Good grief! Is this nonsense still going on? I gave up when I was told to stay indoors if I didn't like it. I can't cope with that sort of sophisticated argument !!!
At the age of 16 I was 6 foot 4 and extremely skinny. I was bullied at school - people called me names like bean pole and lank, this is part of the reason I developed anxiety and body image issues. I knew all the girls wanted to date guys with strong thighs and bubble bottoms not like my skinny legs this made me feel very self conscious and inferior.

I then started hitting the gym four times a week and eating carbs - I have been able to develop a bit of muscle but not much. It's really difficult with my natural build. I sometimes wear women's clothes - not dresses or skirts or anything like that. I have found that some brands of women's trousers and jeans accentuate my thighs and bottom and make me feel better about myself. I also like some women's tops. It disgusts me that anyone could think that this is part of a fetish when it is something that helps my mental health. I feel very uncomfortable when I try these clothes on in stores and that's why I believe gender specific clothing should be banned an only gender natural clothing should be available anywhere. Clothes should be made for fit not gender. Besides we now know that there are over 270 genders to male and female is so 1990's. As for male and female separate changing should also be banned. In 10 years the male and female signs on toilet doors will be looked at the way we look at the swastika today.
