Jackdaw is right. The only way to deal with trolls is to ignore, but I do think that AB editors should have dealt with this long ago. They both arrived in AB some 12 or so years ago. I doubt they are two people.
AnneA obviously thinks we should be kind to trolls. I see no reason why we should. They have caused a great deal of annoyance on serious threads just to disrupt.
