3T, this really isn't a leftist thing. It's about somebody with power unapologetically breaking the rules we've all been desparately trying to stick to. It's about that little motto, "we're all in this together" which they were so keen to drive home when it all first kicked off. It's about trying to get Cummings to admit wrongdoing, show a little humility. Not to get fired, just to show some class.

David Small at 7.49 - as I understand it Cummings went to Durham before 9 April when apparently the autistic lockdown rules were tweaked - so it was illegal for him to go when he did. Were the rules then especially tweaked to make it look better for him when he got busted? Despicable character.

Any bridges Boris has built over the past weeks, have all now been burnt I'm afraid. No one will be in the right frame of mind to do anything he asks of them now. Don't know how true this is, but saw a snippet from sky news somewhere this morning and some ICU doctor has said that if he they don't get rid of Cummings, he will give his job up as a doctor.
