Andy, I agree that while you're not entirely to blame, you're always central to events leading to derailment. That's my tuppence worth, but I'm not commenting further unless it's to do with the thread's original topic.

I was simply looking at it from a safety angle at this time, people seem prepared to still gather in numbers.

roy - // Essentially, some ABers agree with the police harassing citizens even when they have done nothing wrong.

Bizarre attitude. //

Would you care to indicate the posts that suggest that 'agreement'?

Why should anything be wrong with me?

You have made an assertion which, if legitimate, is based on a post or posts you have read, and I am asking you to point them out, in the interests of fair debate.

if there are no posts, and you are simply guessing, then say so, and we can know that you are not adding to the debate in a meaningful way, you are, not for the first time, blowing smoke.

So, TR is normal is he. Gawd ‘Elp the rest of us!

You have two simple options -

1. - Answer my post as politely requested, and provide some back-up for your claims

2. - Ignore my request, and let everyone see that you were in fact blowing smoke and making up nonsense

Option 3 - avoiding the issue by simply being offensive is not included.
4 Why the hell do you forget what you post after just one day?
Another thread derailed by the usual suspects. It's getting pathetic, and well past the time the SpareEd should be acting.
Ok Roy, you were making nonsense up, and continuing with your rude avoidance
tactics.

Feel free to consider our exchanges on this thread concluded.

(That means you can go and be rude to someone else for a change).
Mozz - as the thread shows, I have attempted, without success, to exchange civil posts with Roy, and have now given up.

If you are looking for 'derailing ' suspects, I suggest you start there.
No point in trying to argue with a-h, he is a law unto himself.

Great, have a word with Roy, see if you can persuade him to do the same.
Why have a word with me?

You were the one who yesterday asked me to ignore your posts and you would ignore mine.

Make your mind up will you!
I gave up hours ago JD. When he lectures me with his expertise on policing London Demonstrations then I just let him wallow in his own arrogance. I wonder if he has ever visited speakers corner. Once , not many years ago a crowd would gather to listen to the several soap box orators. It took just two police officers from Hyde Park Nick to police it. Sometimes the speeches and harangues were quite inflammatory and came, usually, from the Communist Party speakers.
It did not require a coach load of officers to arrest one person. If as Andy-Hughes claims the police came out mob-handed to this event because Mr Robinson has a crowd of supporters then why does he not explain why they were not detained for breaking covid regulations as well and only Mr Robinson or Yaxley-Lennon was detained.I have no reason to support this man but he has the rightr of free speech irrespective of his past record. I suppose Mr Hughes, having never worn a uiniform in his life, does not realised how th police have become a politicised organisation, puppets of the government and not impartial as we were in the days of my service. It's blatantly wrong and they are losing public support as a result.
When the usual suspects come on this site frothing at the mouth and ranting about Trump or Yaxley Lennon you soon spot the hypocrisy coming to the fore.
More often than not Tommy Robinson is arrested because he’s Tommy Robinson - and, whatever anyone thinks of him, that, quite simply, cannot possibly be right.
It's pathetic when A-H talks about derailment of threads. It's like, 'What me miss. Please it wasn't me it was the other boys'. It is well known and long established that you are unable to continue a thread without driving a wrecking ball through it.You Mr Hughes arethe worst offender.
//More often than not Tommy Robinson is arrested because he’s Tommy Robinson//

To be honest, I think it's what he's searching for. He's been out of the headlines for a fair time now, so he does something like this, baits the police into acting, they pounce on him and boom! Tommy's back in the news.
And you felt you had to derail the thread even further in order to tell everyone that did you?

Ok then.
That would make the police stupid then, Mozz.
You really are one odd cookie, ah.
I'm not arguing that point Roy, they're playing right into his hands. He craves the limelight.
