Would You Miss Trump?
I think I would if only for entertainment value, he doesn't care what he says I suppose that comes from being filthy rich ?
He doesn't hold back......
No link, we all know what he's like anyway ,just a thought, would you rather have a Biden in the White House ?

No-one need miss him. He'll be around and keeping us entertained until he drops dead. He'll just be tweeting his drivel from the golf course or some other place where he can't be a danger to America and the world as he would be if he stays in the Oval office. I say that, but his cult (that's basically what it's become), is chock full of angry, gun-toting simpletons...

// I will remember his words. 'Stand Down and Stand by' or vice versa. :-(
An ominous threat maybe? //
Stand back and stand by I think. I'm not convinced he meant it like that when he said it, but it wouldn't surprise me at all if he deliberately incites violence on the streets as the next stage of delaying defeat if the various legal shenannigins comes to nothing.

Sunk - // Trump must know himself that he hasn’t been a good President. //
For Trump to reach that conclusion, he would need a level of introspection and the ability to honestly self-analyse, and his appearance, and the things he says and does, clearly show a man who has the introspection and self-analysis of a pebble on the beach.
Look at his hair - that's not the hair of a man who is honest with himself on even the most basic level.

But that is your view because you hate the man. Clearly millions, whpo matter because he is their President, have a different view.
He actually achieved a lot if you bother to look rather than relying on the liberal MSM. The problem for many is he achieved what he set out to do but people dont like those policies but that doesnt mean he has been a bad President.

YMB - // //Look at his hair - that's not the hair of a man who is honest with himself on even the most basic level.//
Good God you are as bad as my wife. I hope you are not on a jury if I am up before the beak! //
Panic not!
I may have considerable contempt for Trump, and his hair simply adds to my negative impression of him, but that is a world away from how I would ever judge anyone in a legal situation.
That would be entirely on evidence - a stupid closet-baldy hairstyle wouldn't influence me one way or the other.

Except he hasn't, at least not entirely. That's the paradox here. But in 2016 Trump set himself three priorities for the presidency: tax reform, healthcare reform (read: sod Obama), and infrastructure spending. He failed on two of those three -- indeed, he *still* hasn't come up with a replacement Healthcare Plan, promising that he had a "beautiful" plan ready without telling anybody what it is.
Let us grant that Healthcare Reform is difficult because it's so partisan, and because the late Senator McCain voted against the plan that came up in 2016/17 (I forget when, now, but it was three years ago). Since then, though, the *only* strategy has been to gut ObamaCare and then hope that the Supreme Court strikes it down, which is not incidentally the only strategy the Republican Party as a whole has had for a decade. And, as I say, since then there has been nothing but empty promises.
On Tax Reform, Trump did pass something through the Senate, so let's give him this one (regardless of what I think about it, it counts as an achievement, so I'll say nothing else).
On Infrastructure, though, there has been, so far as I'm aware, nothing at all. The odd thing is that this was the least likely to be partisan or divisive: everybody recognises the issue. It would need a lot of money to fix, but perhaps Trump could have passed something that tackled only some of it. But he never did. This seemed to drop as a priority or an issue. It seems that more or less everybody has forgotten about this, though, since it never came up.
In any case, in terms of Trump's three priorities, he succeeded on one, failed on another, and forgot about the third. He did not, therefore, achieve "what he set out to do", in this regard at least.

For the sake of balance, I should also add that Trump has had a significant impact on the nation's judiciary, nominating hundreds of judges that will shape the legal system in the US for decades. Then again, so would any Republican president, so in this regard Trump was lucky that McConnell and the Senate was so determined to stop Obama doing likewise in his last two years of office. Trump gets the official credit, but, effectively, only for being in the right place at the right time.

//Where has Obama been on this?
The original policy was clearly defined by the Bush administration and by Congress. It was formed immediately after the immigration field hearings in the summer of 2006. The virtual and physical fences had three justifications under the Bush administration, which were then carried on into the Obama administration. The goals were to decrease the number of undocumented workers, to increase the drug interdictions, and to stop alleged terrorists. They were never refuted by Obama. That plan was wholeheartedly accepted by the Obama administration. Under Obama we saw the completion of the project to build about 650 miles of physical wall that had been funded by Congress. When I heard Obama's speech in El Paso, what I saw missing was any kind of admittance that the virtual fence was a miserable failure and the taxpayers had lost all this money//

Perhaps if Trump had
- Scrapped Obamacare
- Built a 2000 mile wall paid for by Mexico
- Brought all US troops home
- Banned all muslims from entering the country
- Cleared the National Debt
- Put Hillary Clinton in jail
- Pulled the US out of Nato
- Rebuilt the nation’s infrastructure
- Deporting all illegal immigrants.
If he had completed more of his list, he might not be looking at possible defeat.

Trump could so easily have won, that’s the silly thing for him. Record numbers voted Republican in this election (also for Democrats).
But he’s not a politician, as some have gleefully observed. A politician would have been a bit more savvy in his tactics: a bit more conciliatory. He lost it with suburban moms who didn’t like him saying their kids should be at school in the pandemic. But they came back to him, many of them. It probably turns out Biden’s cautious campaigning strategy nearly cost him. But Trump couldn’t build on it when it might not have needed much to push him over the line. Maybe he didn’t believe his own polling ...
So it’s his own fault. What makes him “great” is also what marks his downfall. Does that make him a tragic figure?!
