What a very strange observation.

First of all, there is no proven link with terrorism at this stage, so no-one is 'distancing themelves' from anything - another incorrect assumption from you - you;re not doing very well today!

And secondly, I don't see anyone denying that terrorism is connected to Islam - I never have and never would, so if you can find evidence of anyone 'distancing themselves', I'd love to see it.

What actually usually happens when you do this is we get a lot a “religious” discussion with much cod theology, until it often turns out to be some home grown culprit with mental health issues and then it all goes quiet :-)
