Boris Hospital Visit Today

Just watched a News clip of Boris visiting a Hospital in the North East.He was shown talking to staff who were all wearing masks.Was he wearing one? Of course not ,what a prat.

Danny..I know! I know! but my query is "why?"
Why shouldn't they protect both wearer and others?

Sqad, to protect the wearer the mask would have to be airtight to prevent any small droplets getting betwen the mask and skin.

Surely if all are wearing masks to protect others, then ultimately they are also protecting themselves. If i had to go to places indoors or out where I would be close to people I would wear a mask. I don't like them but they do me no harm. Basically it's common sense, not rules that is most important. I haven't checked up on rules for months.

Conditions must be the same to prevent a portal of entry and exit.

I just don't understand the present theory although accepting that masks reduce transmission of the virus.

Clue: You wont find any apart from the Bangladesh one - 10% tops if correct mask and worn 100% correctly (which no one does) and another Scandinavian one that was inconclusive.

Dannyk13 - I did read that post. My point is he was in Scotland when that photo was taken; I don't care who he is, our rules apply here. As for his hospital visit, he just shows his total contempt of any rules.
