To often these days we get trial by media. People who know they wont stand a cat in hells chance of getting anything to the Courts as its just he said she said so they opt for the smear campaign.
No idea whether thats the case here, but it is clear a smear is what is happening.

Have you read the full report bobbi or are you just 'joining in'? Stanley Johnson has not been accused of anything by Caroline Noakes. She has not gone to the press moaning about past inappropriate behaviour in a vain hope for retribution. If you can be bothered you, and anyone else making silly remarks and victim shaming, go read the full article or read my excerpt of it at 11.31

I am an AB’er first and foremost, and it is an AB’er that I post and I am subject to the same rules as everyone else.
There are no exceptions for Moderators, nor are they expected to adhere to some imaginary ‘higher code’ of ethics whereby they are constrained from posting on the basis of their status.
Therefore, if you are complaining that you imagine that as a Moderator, I am not entitled to engage with naomi as I see fit, then I would suggest that your complaint is unlikely to receive the attention you believe it deserves, hence your repeating of it at regular intervals.
Hopefully you can accept that I am posting as an individual, the same as you, and if, on that basis, you wish to report anything I say, then of course that is your right, but please remember that Moderator status does not confer privileges, neither does it deny its holders the right to debate as they see fit, subject to Site Rules.
