The Russians are targeting Kyiv to hamper Ukraine defending the rebel republics of Donetsk and Luhansk.
Those are already won. Ukraine troops will prioritise defending the capital, but Russia has no interest in Kyiv.
A quick victory for Russia and a withdrawal after it get reassurances.
Wars are very expensive, and have a habit of getting very unpopular very quickly.

I would be worried if I was Estonia.
The Russian northern fleet is based at Saint Petersburg and Estonia guards the Gulf of Finland. A situation that irks Moscow.

From the 1:44 clip it sounds like Ukranian is almost identical to English.
