I think that the lady was asking where her family originated from. I think that is a genuine question, maybe not the time nor the place but it is hardly a major issue.

naomi - // AH, you shoot yourself in the foot when you jump to conclusions. I do despise such nonsense. Hate it in fact. That doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. //
It does exist, which is helpful when you want to trot it out to assist your bizarre hostility towards a total stranger - pop it away again and you can criticise it again next week when the wind changes.

//It's high time you walked away, you've been losing consistently all afternoon.//
Well someone else on this thread has lost any credibility he might of had with patronising comments and an inability to see that something look's odd about the Ngozi Fulani incident .
I'm awaiting her appearance on Oprah

TOGO, "The accounts for three years have always been filed late and the Charity has subsequently been fined."
I had a quick look at the Charity Commission website and the second year's accounts are showing as being on time.
Regarding a fine, I found this online,
"Are there penalties for missing the Charity Commission filing deadline?
No penalties are issued for missing the deadline, but a late return will appear on the charity’s public record. If your charity is marked as persistently late-filing then you may be issued with an official warning."

Where did you get your information from?

If you invite somebody into your house, and insult them ... then later discover they weren't the person you thought they were when you first invited them ... does that excuse your earlier insulting behaviour? No.
Lady Susan behaved poorly, had the good grace to realise she had behaved poorly, and resigned. That's all there is to it.

Ellipsis - Khandro, Naomi, Lady Janine, Royfromaus, and others, would beg to differ it seems.
They have all taken part in supporting some bizarre and unexplained sidethread involving the charity status of the lady involved, coupled with am equally bizarre attempt to post as much information as they can find, that they insist makes her a fraud, legally and morally.
I have asked several times what the imagined connection with the incident is supposed to be, and met with abuse and silence.
Maybe tomorrow will bring some response, but more likely is more of the same.
As to why people want to heap anger and scorn on a complete stranger they had never heard of before she was abused and stood up for herself, is a complete mystery to me.

Ellipsis - // No, you were just answering me! //
Thanks for understanding.
I thought earlier on today that the thread was winding down, and suddenly it swerved into the Twilight Zone, and this obsession with Ms Felani's personality, and the status of her charity, became a virtual obsession for some of the regular posters on the thread.
Maybe this will hit the magic five hundred, as they carry on n ever decreasing circles ...
I remain curious as to exactly what this woman has done to bring such a torrent of abuse onto her head, but no-one seems keen to break off from their muck-spreading to say why they are doing it.

Khandro - // for andy-hughes, will you never get the message? //
I 'get' the message, but that does not excuse the rudeness that actually sparked this incident.
What the lady in your clip cleverly omitted, was Lady Hussey saying "Where are you really from?" which, as I have pointed out many times, effectively says that she does not believe that Ms Fulani is British, even though she confirmed it several times.
Then, having reached her own conclusions about Ms Fulani's ethnicity, Lady Hussey told Miss Fulani that she was Caribbean!
Now I think that's offensive, and you don't - but having it backed up by a black version of Richard Littlejohn does not persuade me any differently in any way.
And it still does not explain why you and others are determined to trash Ms Fulani's personal and professional reputation with such vigour.
Will you ever get the message?
