Well looks like the majority of the country had snow last night.


Choosing my words carefully, are we still allowed to say WHITE snow, or is this politically incorrect.


Can you think of anything else that we have left that is OUT of the clutches of the PC brigade

I remember the baa baa black sheep (non-)story. As you live in Birmingham madein78 could you tell us which school it was please?

Just for the record madein1978 claimed in another thread http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Phrases-and-Sayings/Question205125-4.html that he saw the ban in a primary school in Wishaw, North Lanarkshire.


Well, I've just got off the phone with North Lanarkshire LEA & they confirm that there is not & never has been a ban on the nursery rhyme Baa Baa Black Sheep in any school in that area.


As if we didn't already know that.
