immigrants
hello i want to know how the british feel about immigrants and foreign people such as polish coming to our country, i am not a racist but i feel that they are bleeding our country dry as they come to work live ten to a room to make it cheap send there money home and go back after a few years and there set. i feel this is why our wages are low now coz they get foreign workers cheaper and they get housed over us, i know this coz i have been in this position and the council told us if you was foregin you would get housed tomorrow. i know this is very blunt but i feel its true what are you thougths on this? by the way its not leewayne, its her partner.

Elvis ever heard of the news?
The internet?
The worldwideweb that connects everyone?
Do yopu know how often i travel back to scotland each year?
Do you in fact know anything about me that you havent heard from the internet and the people on there?
Yet you draw your own conclusions time and again.
Perhaps you should think before posting elvis ??

To summarise the facts then:-
Britain is bursting with immigrants from wherever ( doesn't matter where and what colour ) and that the Government is too afraid to do anything about it.
These immigrants are using up our hospitals and other underfunded services so that it just gets worse for the locals including some job areas
SOME of these immigrants are useful in that they fill positions that the lazy and uneducated Brits cant be bothered to do or that they can get more money on the dole than by working.
Those Brits than can afford it have left this politically correct nanny state to live abroad because life's better and cheaper elsewhere.
Businesses are creating more wealth for themselves and shareholders by using cheaper labour.
Have I missed anything ??????

Britain is bursting with immigrants from wherever ( doesn't matter where and what colour ) and that the Government is too afraid to do anything about it. - well actually less than 6% of the country are made up of immigrants.
These immigrants are using up our hospitals and other underfunded services so that it just gets worse for the locals including some job areas I believe that there is a higher percentage of immigrants working in the NHS than there are using its service. Of course, if you didn't want immigrants in the NHS around 40% of staff would have to leave.
SOME of these immigrants are useful in that they fill positions that the lazy and uneducated Brits cant be bothered to do or that they can get more money on the dole than by working. Actually MOST. Immigrants cannot claim benefits until they have been here and paid tax for at least one year (despite what people believe)
Those Brits than can afford it have left this politically correct nanny state to live abroad because life's better and cheaper elsewhere. - although there are more Brits living abroad than there are immigrants in this country, the majority of people who can afford to live abroad still live in this country. But some people will always believe that the grass is greener on the other side.
Businesses are creating more wealth for themselves and shareholders by using cheaper labour. Yes, but this is society's fault. If people were prepared to pay more then businesses wouldn't have to find cheaper resources - Supermarkets are the prime example of this - the vast majority of people use supermarkets instead of local businesses.

It is always good to get new members here especially younger ones. However, you may not have quite worked out about posting a question. When you press submit, the clever people who designed AnswerBank search the site to see if the question has been asked before. This question you have posted has been asked many times. About 400 people have made the same mistake as you and posted this very same question before. And AB is searchable so it is easy to see if a subject has been discussed previously.
Hope your modelling career takes off.

This is all very confusing. Is someone suffering from multiple personality disorder or Is dfward leewayne partner?

"I have been on here a few years and found that people who post rarely reveal personal details. Sometimes you don't even know what sex regular contributors are. I know sp is gay, but I don't think that was disclosed for quite a while. AOG is a 79 year old ex-librarian, and that is about my knowledge of other posters.
Then, curiously in the same thread, two posters with remarkably similar views start revealing personal stuff about themselves:
dfward's biog - he is gay, lives in Wensleydale and had a triple stroke 4 yrs ago.
and
leewayne's biog - female, a 20 year old model who travels a lot in this country. "
Neither denied the accusation.
