Blacks killing Blacks, 27 dead London Teenagers

Yesterday the 27th teenager was killed in London with a knife or gun, and the vast majoity of the victims AND attackers were black. Before I heard te boys race on the news I knew he was going to be black. My question is why are black people disproportinatly represented i such crimes, it can't be down to econoics as I am sure you would find that there are many more poor white and asian people in London that Black? So my question is simply why?, and has anyone in the media ever put forward a theory (and were they lynched?)

Fender62 - that was a fine answer, if I may say so.

Where I live there are barely any non-whites around but if I encounter a gang of white teenage boys with one black member I know that he will be no worse, no more tooled up and no less polite than his white friends. From what I've seen black individuals appear to fare no better or no worse than whites around here. So i believe in places like inner cities it must be the pack mentality fused with Yardie gun and Somali knife cultures. An explosive mix, clearly.

I have just remembered that in 1996, the black american comedian Chris Rock, during one of his performances, brought up a fact that no one had dared to identify. It caused a lot of fuss and debate at the time. This was that there were two types of Black Americans. 1) The black hardworker, family man...moral, giving and a good citizen 2) The '*****' - Gun toting, knife weilding, with the walk, the attitude, the un-intelligable voice etc etc
So whilst I am not agreeing with Bewlay in totality, there has become a division within and yes, it started in America.

If you can show some - any - credible evidence to support your contentions about how black people are genetically inclined to inhabit either extreme with regards status, intelligence or morals, but not the middle, I shall leave the Answerbank for good.

Obviously, I am 100% confident that this will not come to pass as your notions are patently utter cack, but please go ahead. it would be pleasant if one of your arguments turned out to be based on something other than ignorance for a change.
