How did the attacker know the victim was a homo? Maybe their should be a law about flaunting your sexuality in public. Just a few years ago Gilian Tailforth of Eastenders was prosecuted for doing a lude act in a car so it can also apply to all deviants.

He was walking with his partner when the two attackers saw him coming out of a gay bar.

The followed him, shouted abuse at him, beat him up (stamped on his head apparently) and he died a couple of weeks later.

Don't you think that reaction is a bit strong?

Why is it, then that the "queer bashing" minority in this country are to be obliterated (which I understand to mean wiped out, eradicated, destroyed, in short, to die)? Regardless of one's opinion, and as a heterosexual I find the thought of having sex with another man as alien as having sex with a goat, and just as distasteful - the fact of the matter is that other people's sexuality is absolutely none of my business, and if it floats their boat then good for them (if my 1 year old son came to me in 20 years time and told me he was gay, I'd be absolutely fine with it), so why people feel gay people are ripe for a kicking beggars belief.

I do feel we are by and large a tolerant society and suspect this is a very rare occurrence.

I sincerely hope these animals are caught and sent away for a very very long time.

apparently, according to reports, these two chaps weren't 'doing' anything other than walking down the street.

But even if they were sniffing each others faces off, wouldn't a reasonable response from those who find that kind of thing offensive be to look away, or at the most, shout "Get a bloody room!"
