Why do I have to pay for prescriptions....twice!...
When workshy scum and immigrants who have never contributed a groat get it free?
Answers
And what I think the Geezer means about paying twice (as he tried to explain in words of one syllable at 14:17) is that he pays once via his NI contribution s and then again in cash at the chemist. Of course his initial payment via NI unfortunatel y pays not for his own drugs but for everybody else’s. This is presumably because he is considered too well off, or not...

I am afraid you have hit the nail on the head about why the "honest" person in this country is so hacked off at people who contribute nothing (be it through not working or arriving on our doorstep unannounced) get things for free.
I was in my dentist's the other day and a well dressed Asian had some treatment, and when he came to pay for his NHS treatment he said "I am on benefits so dont pay".
She looked at him as though she did not believe him, but what could she do.
I dont think people in this country realise how many Asians are experts at getting something for nothing, or claiming benefits they are not entitled to.
A friend of mine (white) went to an Asian wedding a while ago and he came back and told me he had learned more about fiddling the benefit system while at that wedding that he had in his whole life before that.
These people come from a country where NOBODY gets anything for nothing, so when they come here they think they are entitled to anything and everything. These people are professionals at fiddling the system and are costing us milions (if not billions) a year.

How is this fascism? Do you even know the menaing of the word?
R1. It is a disgrace and as a person on long term medication who pays an absolute fortune in taxes and NHIEHI I find it a very bitter pill to swallow.
For the workshy it is difficult, for immigrants the answer is simplem you dont qualify until you have contributed a certain amount.
It is afterall a national health service not a World Health service

Following on from append above.
My daughter had a car accident a few months ago, and a man came round to access the damage on the car, and the injuries to her.
He was an ex-policeman, and without my daughter saying anything about Asians or immigrants, he started to say how fed up he was going round the houses where Asian people were trying to fiddle the insurance by staging accidents, or pretending they had far worse injuries than they in fact had.
He said it was becoming a real problem
