I am thinking about moving, although I have to sell this house first, so I keep looking at nice places I would like to buy. One phrase that estate agents use really annoys me - "deceptively spacious" - Deceptively? Immediately leads me to believe they are trying to deceive me and so I would not buy from them or would look very carefully at what they are trying to sell me. Any other phrases that put you off rather than tempting you?
