Does anyone know the origin of Blackmans Pinch and what is the correct medical term

Well...it's a blood blister and I think the medical term for a blister is a vesicle. Because the blood under the skin turns black it was said you had been pinched or nipped by a person of colour.
I had one of them recently,was gonna ask if it was still PC to call it that or do other people call them something else?
It's a derogatory term for a blood blister and originates from the fact that it's dark purple/black.The correct medical term is called subcutaneous haemotoma. Hope this has helped. ;-)
