He choked on his own vomit (as opposed to someone elses?)
Do you have the right time, please? (No, but I have the wrong time!)
I'm not being funny, but...(which usually means that you are).
i don't like "am i the only one who..." or "does no-one else think...", that some people begin questions with.
of course they are not the only one!

I also dislike it when people go into my mums shop and say "you haven't got one of these, have you?" or " you don't sell those, do you?"
instead of just asking the question, they answer, ask and assume all in one go, and they are often sighing or shaking their head or giving a sorrowful defeatist look, as though they are positive she doesn't sell them, yet they know the likelihood is she will.
Where i used to work we hated staff meetings so to make it more interesting, we would have a list of all the bosses little phrases, like:- the bottom line is; singing from the same hymn sheet, i tell a lie; and we used to record how many times he said them in one meeting - it made them so much more interesting but we would nearly wet ourselves laughing every time he used one...eventually he discovered why we were so eager to hold more meetings...Lol
Another boss used to turn to you and say 'and you know this, don't you so-and-so....' before he'd even said it!!!!!
mind you, we had this saying that if you see 2 people talking and one looks bored, our boss was the other one....!!
