thursday just gone i was taking rubbish out and bin was full so decided to use the next cupboard which is under a flight of concrete steps and as i turned to walk away forgot where i wa and slammed full forehead into the said concrete at speed

the lump is impressive and the bruise is coming through and sore (fool I am)
