Great news, I have been to see Rehab doctor, and he says that I may now go to the local fisio , 5mins down the road from my house, that I am doing exceptionally well (whatesle would he expect from a Biddy - I ask you!) and from Monday I may use my pool for exercises - not not swimming as I'll sink like a stone, and pain is not gain. So I can now go for morning coffees again with my dinosaur friends.

Morning all Afraid you wont get much out of me this fortnight. (Not that you do anyway) Wimbledon fortnight doncha know! The weather's a bit mixed here sun shining at the mo after a short sharp shower. Done a bit of gardening so that I don't feel guilty sitting watching the tennis this afto. Got me favourite CD of the moment on- don't think I will ever get fed up of it.

Hiya Dolly good to hear from you. We're all at 6s and 7s with our weather aren't we. There are some parts of Britain having a very bad time and I really feel for them it must be so disheartening to have to replace all your 'downstairs' possessions because they have been destroyed by the floods.

Morning all - George and I have just had a run around the house and I'm dripping with sweat, although it's overcast and cloudy here. Lovely that I now have time to do things insterad of bnussing to Ibiza every day. Been looking through my photos and have found some on which I have managed to draw moustaches and black teeth, so obviously I did learn Robinia (Where did you get that name from btw?) but have now sadly forgotten!

It's almost shorts weather here at the moment, so long as you don't mind blue knees, it's a bit fresh. Can't believe I couldn't sleep last night for having cold feet & I had to put my fluffy socks on! The bad news is there's yet more rain for the weekend. Less flip-flop & more slip slop. :o(
