My husband has seen a quiz asking for "2 identically named sets of standing stones" in one of the West Counties - between them 18 stones remain? Anyone know this - he's looked everywhere for it....

I can think of the cove...one at Stanton Drew, one at Avebury.... There are many dual circles...stanton drew has two, the hurlers has four etc etc.....sorry not to be more helpful

This was The Sunday Times 'Where was I?'
I found 'nine stones' at Bodmin and Dorchester.
If you search Google with 'nine stones UK' you will find several references.
