Now that the scummy underclass that is the chav is being widely ridiculed by the press, is it now time we had a chav amnesty to allow them to turn in their burberry caps, hoodies, 'trackie bottoms' and cheap gold and allow them time to stop breeding at 13 and go out and get jobs like the rest of us have to do?

 

Do they actually know that they are chavs?

 

We call them pikeys 'round these parts, but as chav is the official 2004 buzz word, I guess we need to change.

I actually am disgusted of Tunbridge Wells - TW is a lovely regency town, but unfortunately there are a couple of council estates outside of town that have become chav central, which is such a shame, because they are now infesting the town itself - obviously not living in town because they couldn't afford it.

 

Also, can anybody please explain to me why, as soon as spring comes, the chav lads insist on walking everywhere bare chested - particularly as they are invariably weedy, skinny little scumbags, and conversely, why the chavette is normally fat?

Did anyone see the National TV Awards where Wife Swap won something and Lizzie Bardsley got booed when she collected the award? It was most amusing. Also, re flanker's observation about the bare chests, last time I went to get a tattoo there were two chav lads in there getting So Solid Crew logos tattooed on their scrawny chests! The guy who works there is really nice and put the cd they had brought in on the stereo whilst they were getting it done. It was a terrible racket and not conducive to me feeling relaxed while getting my tat at all, but it did make me laugh.

And that is just so typical of a thick chav - getting a Tat of So Solid Crew who will be around for about 5 minutes, without thought for the consequences of having to have them on their puny bodies for the rest of their (hopefully brief) natural lives.

 

Its exactly the same when they have sex - they aren't concerned about the consequences: and as they appear to get pregnant with remarkable regularity, I wonder whether there is anybody of a scientific bent on this thread who can prove that there is a 'chav gene', whereby they only have to have sex once and they're pregnant.

 

I can only compare them to mongrel dogs - for some reason mongrels seem to be more resilient than us pedigrees and cross breeds - perhaps this is why they are such prolific breeders in an attempt to monopolise the benefit system.

Flanker, but mongrel dogs are so healthy because there is no inbreeding.  Pikeys are almost certainly products of intbreeding.  Perhaps they are the pedigrees of this world!

Smudge and unnamed should re-read my post on p1 of this thread (third from the bottom I think). I was actually agreeing with what flanker said, though I accept it does sound ambiguous. When I said it was good he/she still had time to mvisit the AB I was congratulating both him/her and the AB, not being sarcastic. If you read my earlier posts you will see I'm not a fan of chavs, but someone else did point out that some of the things said in this thread have been borderline, if not outright discriminatory. I think we all generally agree that these people are not particularly pleasant, but you could put your views a little more diplomatcally. I'll let you get back to your copies of the Daily Mail, and wait to see all the postings that will come back follow about 'why should we be diplomatic...'.

If we get away from the bilge then there is a very serious scientific problem that i want to discuss here. As darwin showed life on earth has evolved around the principle of survival of the fittest. It is no surprise that in all species there are weak progenies (weak as hunter gatherers/medically/and in brain power). In all life forms they get weeded out as they are unable to find mates to reproduce. However in the type of social engineering that we see in the form of benefit payment/housing etc...the government is creating a artificial sense of worthiness in these types. They are thus able to find mates and reproduce and thus pass on their deficient genes. If they were not able to provide they would have been weeded out over generations. So what we have is a situation where nature is not allowed to take its course and hence the ones who would have not survived do. In third world countries there is no welfare state you will find that the fittest will survive and they will take over soon. the intelligent and healthy are prevailing over there and all we have is the burberry clad chavs.

Actually, it's faintly possible that they do indeed have a higher than normal propensity to reproduce. Since Chavs are, by their very nature, likely to be working class, and therefore have less disposable income, and therefore subsist on poorer quality food, they are necessarily more likely to suffer from poor nutrition.

Old ma nature is a clever old stick, up to a point, and developed a mechanism so that fertility goes up in direct oposition to nutritional intake. There's a very clear evolutionary principle working here, of course. If you're more likely to die, it's more important to have lots of children in the hope that at least one will survive to pass on your DNA.

I wouldn't have a clue whether your average Chav's consumption of Big Macs and KFC is officially enough to give them poor nutrition, but it's certainly a thought.

I said in an earlier post, defend chavs at your peril. To those accusing us of ridiculing this so called 'social underclass', I say.....GET OUT MORE. It's there on the streets ladies and gents, for all to see. This country is rotten to the core with those who think they can take without giving. If their only contribution to the system is to intimidate the decent, law abiding, tax paying public, by theft and violence, then I for one should be granted the privilege of taking the proverbial p*ss.
