"Why Do You Hate Vegans? Vegan Here... Ask Me Anything"
Your whole original post struck me as incredibly arrogant and pious.
I don't hate vegans - if anything I think they're a bit of an irrelevance, and have absolutely zero affect on my life.
If they choose to live the way they do, then good for them - there will never be hordes of omnivores hounding them for their way of life. Unfortunately however, a minority of vegans are not prepared to extend this courtesy to those who choose to eat meat. The arrogance, piety and entitlement of the vegans in the link below very neatly demonstrates why some vegans (I said some, not all, before people get swivel-eyed) are disliked and ridiculed.
Normal vegans just tend to be condescending and superior, which is OK if that makes them feel morally better than others (they're not better - but it isn't really doing any harm), but unfortunately you have the militant wing of veganism who think nothing of causing criminal damage

of Selene Nelson who celebrated the death of 7 people following a Spanish bull-run, and the likes of Joey Carbstrong who thinks artificial insemination of cows is sexual abuse. How are normal people meant to deal with idiots like these?

PETA - an entirely absurd organisation, states in all seriousness that cows are raped!

As soon as people start talking about sexual abuse and murder, they lose all credibility they might otherwise have had.
It is entirely wrong of vegans to foist there views on those who do not share their opinions.
